LDBD brought in the New Year in a grand fashion! For the first time ever, Lien Doan Bach Dang had an overnight camp to ring in the New Year together, as one big happy family. Along with showing the children how Tết is celebrated in Viet Nam. Program includes making Tết's delicacies, and games that usually played during Tết, New Year's Flag ceremony, getting lucky money and luck for the entire year. And yes, we did make a lot of Banh Tet and they were delicious! ...
Hiking Greylock
In May of 2010, some members of LDBD 322 set out to conquer the highest mountain in Massachusetts...and succeed! 3 leaders and 5 boys took on this challenge. It was a difficult climb for some, but through team work, they were able to over come the challenge and persevered....
